Sofia was my sales rep and she was very knowledgable of the BMW lineup. Clayton, the sales manager, was personable and put together a great deal that was acceptable to all parties. Our initial finance rep the BMW lineup. Clayton, the sales manager, was personable and put together a great deal that was acceptable to all parties. Our initial finance rep was dishonest and attempted to have me finance $8,000 worth of add-ons that I never agreed to. Once these items were recognized by me and taken off the agreement, the finance rep told me he would now have to charge me a higher interest rate since I wouldn’t buy the add-ons. I asked for a different finance rep and the transaction was then completed quickly completed and all parties were satisfied. Pay attention to the finance reps and make sure you carefully review every line and number in your finance agreement. Unfortunate for this dealership because they have such a great sales team who work hard to get you a great deal. I would still highly recommend this dealership and especially Sofiya. More
