I'll never use this BMW repair shop again. I'm a Black man who needed some minor work done on my BMW. Put on four new tires that I brought in and fix my air conditioner. I feel they failed I'm a Black man who needed some minor work done on my BMW. Put on four new tires that I brought in and fix my air conditioner. I feel they failed the BMW Company and me. For some reason, there is this culture that's not equal for all customers. There are some inconsiderate pranksters in this maintenance shop. Even though I had an early morning appointment, they kept me there until the close of business and billed me for work that wasn't done. My rims were swapped for older ones and they installed a used blower motor resistor that failed because it was built for a different BMW. I handed them a new BMW OEM air conditioner compressor, which I didn't get back. The Compressor that came with my car is still in my car! They finally mailed me a used compressor, but they were supposed to have put the old part in my trunk. They could have been honest and told me that it wasn't the compressor that was bad, but the resistor under the console. For my appointment they didn't have my part on hand. I believe that was the reason I was that I was waiting. I saw other customers come and go which was humiliating with no reason why. I trusted them, lost big that day at Springfield BMW! Now I know what all the chuckles were for when I was handed my car keys. More
