I left my car in service on Saturday at 12:30 pm after one hour waiting to be attemded. The dealer was supposed to call us at 2:30 to pick the car. Terrible experiemce. We had a en issue, on a 2018 230i, issue was diagnosed as battery problem and we had it fixed . Ultimately same issue came back again and after payin We had a en issue, on a 2018 230i, issue was diagnosed as battery problem and we had it fixed . Ultimately same issue came back again and after paying 3.000 for first fix incl a regular dervice they now wanted to charge us another 3.000 to sddress the same errors for which we had brought the car in originally. When we gladöy refused they returned a compöetely disassembled car… never again, unworthy of a premium brand. More
