Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any dealership and that includes low end used car lots. This place does not answer the phone. I called nine times in a single mornin ever had with any dealership and that includes low end used car lots. This place does not answer the phone. I called nine times in a single morning, forced through a maze of automated prompts each time, only to be placed on hold and then disconnected after several minutes. No callback option, no explanation, and zero respect for customers’ time. When I finally managed to reach a person, Saury Valerio, the experience went from bad to completely unacceptable. Instead of being helpful, apologetic, or professional, he was arrogant, dismissive, and confrontational. A simple request to be transferred to someone else turned into an ordeal, as if assisting a customer was an inconvenience. The interaction was so frustrating that I eventually hung up. The only time I received any level of decent service was from William Garcia and that was only when I was in the process of purchasing my M3. Once it came to follow-up or basic customer support, that level of attentiveness completely disappeared. One helpful interaction during a sale does not excuse the overall failure in customer service. For a dealership that claims to represent a luxury brand, this is embarrassing. I’ve received better treatment from third-rate side lots. If this is how they treat customers before and after a purchase, imagine what happens once they already have your money. Avoid this dealership unless you enjoy wasting time and being disrespected. These DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. Called 9 times this morning to work through multiple dialing prompts only to be put on hold then disconnected after several minutes. When I finally d Called 9 times this morning to work through multiple dialing prompts only to be put on hold then disconnected after several minutes. When I finally did get a hold of someone instead of being helpful and humble he was somewhat arrogant and gave me the hardest time about transferring to someone to the point where I hung up. Unbelievable, how bad the customer service is at this Dealership. For a supposed luxury car dealer, they are absolutely worse than a third rate side lot. More
I recently purchased a CPO car from BMW of South Miami, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. Special thanks to William Garcia, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. He made everything feel straightforward and stress-free - from initial questions to final delivery. I truly appreciated his clear communication, follow-through, and low-pressure approach. This was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend William and the team at BMW of South Miami to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and great service. Welcome to the 1970's. Read the preceding online reviews and you will see a pattern of unprofessional old school sales tactics including low ball offers, bait and switch an Read the preceding online reviews and you will see a pattern of unprofessional old school sales tactics including low ball offers, bait and switch and less than honest negotiations. In addition, they add exorbitant acquisition fees to the MSRP. Customer service is a foreign concept at this Morgan Auto Store. But if you are still willing to give them a shot, put on your bell-bottoms, grab your pet rock, tune your radio to a Disco station and be ready to be transported back to experience the unscrupulous sales methods of the past. I ordered a 2025 m3 xdrive comp months ago around June July at an Autonation dealership. I was then contacted by salesman Jean at South BMW (Great Guy)who use to work at that Autonation dealership and is July at an Autonation dealership. I was then contacted by salesman Jean at South BMW (Great Guy)who use to work at that Autonation dealership and is now working at South BMW. He stated that his manager Zach wanted to order me a 2025 M3 and he would take care of me. I told Zach I had one already on order and even provided the info at the time. He insisted he would take care of me. Red flag should had been nothing in writing .Jean and I have long term friends in common in the car industry so I trusted him and to help him out and his new manager Zach I cancelled with Autonation and placed a new order with this dealership in June/July…since they stated they would take care of me. I told them in July I had a trade and would like to trade it THEN an apply the equity as down payment which they can hold before it continues to depreciate for months as Corvettes were dropping in value. The trade is a 2022 Corvette C8 2lt convertible fully loaded in like new condition. Several dealers at the time were offering 72k. I was told to wait. In good faith I listened. Recently I have been contacted by several dealers with M3s in stock and all offered 4-5% off msrp and between 67500 to 69500 on the Vette trade in writing. Again Several dealerships with same offerings over the past couple months while waiting for my build. Being loyal I did not take those offers while under the impression I was going to be taken care of as South BMW promised all this time. I was contacted by Jean last week my order arrived. Today I took the day off from work and went into South BMw to take delivery. Jean was very welcoming well mannered well dressed and very professional. Now….that wasn’t the case with management…In typical Miami Sleezy Dealership fashion the deal changed upon arrival and in no way were they taking care of me for ordering a vehicle with them and canceling with another dealership that was giving me 5% off. They decided to charge me full MSRP …full dealership fees …and the the icing on the cake offer me 60k for my trade which is a slap in the face when all dealership recently offering 67-69,500 in writing. So basically there definition of taking care of me is not give the 4500$ off msrp and screw me around 8k on trade… so roughly around $12,500 hit… They clearly did not want to sell me my ordered vehicle in order to sell to some one else at a markup above msrp which is typically 10k at this dealership. Warning seems to be “common practice” at this dealership to let customers order M3s …make it impossible for them to close the deal when their order arrive then they have M3 inventory in stock they can markup 10k. Sell to the public there are no allocations and they have vehicles in stock and wham people pay over becuase they think they can’t get an allocation….Ask yourself why the have 5 M3s in stock all customer orders that weren’t closed….. They do not care about customers nor long term relationships …only money. Miami Greed at its best here. I would stay clear of this dealership at all cost. Several honest good BMW dealerships out there from Orlando North…Should had gotten everything in writing but that means nothing because Zach the managaer said today even if it was in writing means nothing read their fine print he said..,insane ..Sad you wait months for your order and you are heavily involved in BMW world and they play games like this …I’m sure they will find someone to sucker and sell my order 10 k over msrp Wasted an entire day at dealership to no be sold my order More
South Miami's BMW and South Miami's Mini is not a serious dealership. They do not keep the verbal offer and try to deceive you when they present the offer in the written contract. They are more concerned about getting you in to the dealership - then selling you a car. Great sales experience further north in Dearfield Beach for those of you who want to avoid all the upselling and dealership - then selling you a car. Me and my husband were working with Anthony and his sales manager Zach on a bmw sale. We were told that the car would be held for us until the weekend when we could make the drive down and that no deposit w manager Zach on a bmw sale. We were told that the car would be held for us until the weekend when we could make the drive down and that no deposit was required to hold the car. We had messaged with Anthony the morning we left to make sure everything was still good to go and we were told to come on down. So we booked a hotel, and drove the 5.5 hours to Miami during a storm to purchase the car. When we were about 15 minutes away we get a call saying that the car was sold last night.. even though we were told that morning it was still available. We wasted about 500 dollars of our own money on travel and hotel, not to mention spending an entire day driving for nothing. I would not recommend coming here. The only person who even called us back to try and make things right was Charlie, he was kind and apologetic and the only reason we gave one star instead of zero More
