it was great service was performed in one day, i received a loaner car. Tony showed up on time to pick up my car and deliver the loaner. Tony came back by the end service was performed in one day, i received a loaner car. Tony showed up on time to pick up my car and deliver the loaner. Lack of Customer Appreciation and Poor Service I've owned BMW's for almost 25 years, I got a 5 series from this dealership for the first time 2 years ago. Customer service does not represent the BM I've owned BMW's for almost 25 years, I got a 5 series from this dealership for the first time 2 years ago. Customer service does not represent the BMW brand based on my prior experience. They do not take good care of their customers. They messed up on registration and state inspection (put on a sticker that did not belong to my car) and tried to blame me for the problem and weren't helpful in trying to resolve this issue that they created. NYS DMV warned me it was a major liability that needed to be fixed. The service manager and general manager were rude and need to be trained on how to deal with loyal customers that pay a premium for cars and expect good service. I am never going back to this dealership ever again!! Beware of doing business with them!! They don't deserve to be a BMW dealer! More
