I brought my 09 328i in for some basic maintenance and inspection. When I got the vehicle back my left headlight was flooded with rain water. They told me it was my problem and quoted me a bill to rep inspection. When I got the vehicle back my left headlight was flooded with rain water. This dealer has the worst customer service, and I had the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. I had my 2020 750 in for an oil change, and the rear tablet has never worked, and I wanted it fi worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. I made an appointment for service on Wednesday and dropped it off the night before; they never called even to acknowledge they had the vehicle. I called at 11:30 (my appointment was at 9 am for an oil change), and they said they did not know the status but would have to call me back. After waiting hours for them to call me back, I had to call them, and the rude gentlemen in the service department said they were backed up and wouldn’t get to it until tomorrow and asked if that was ok (what choice did I have). Thursday, I got no call, so I called them, and they said they needed to get a status and would call me back. After an hour, I decided to drive to the dealer (30 min drive), and when I got there, they didn’t even touch the car; it was parked in the same spot. When I went in, they said it was third in line (for an oil change and to look at a tablet), and the rude “gentlemen” gave me a condescending apology and said it would be ready at the end of the day and they would call. Well, guess what they never called, so on Friday I call, and they said, oh, the service was done and we called you, but you didn’t answer, yet another lie, and we left a message, yet another lie. They now have had the car for three days for an oil change and to look at a tablet, I went after hours to get the car, and the tablet still does not work, and I must assume they changed the oil (they have repeatedly lied to me so not sure that is a safe assumption). Also, when I picked up the car, there were dirty boot prints on the carpet, and the vehicle was not even washed. The sales experience was good, but they cannot supply service, so it looks like I will be going to Keeler for service and my new X7. More

We blew a tire out on the highway and were able to drive to the dealership. They took care of us promptly by installing a new tire. Car was worse after they 'fixed' it I dropped my car off, telling them exact;y what was wrong. They fixed it and told me it was ready, I can come get it. I paid, the bill was $900 more than agreed to. When I started the car I knew immediately it wasn't one of the items I mentioned when I dropped it of was the radio would not play music for the first 10-15 mins of a drive. When I started it up there was still no radio. I walked back in to service, and explained the problem to the individual at the desk. He looked at me like I was crazy and told me it will eventually turn on. When I refused to accept that he called a tech and told me there might a stuck button, again expecting me to go away. Finally the agreed to look at it, an hour later they told me I needed a part from Germany, wold take 4 weeks or so to get there. So having no choice but to drive home, I soon also discovered the convertible also is no longer working. Since all of these items worked when I dropped the car off, I don't know what to think. Do not trust them. They are out to make the biggest invoice they can, and they do not care about the customer at all. I can't recall the last time I was dismissed in such a manner, I fell completely belittled, simply because my car wasn't working right, they said they fix it, and they certainly did no such thing. More
