Hey there ! I just wanted to share my experience with one of your service advisors, Kimberly Drew. Unfortunately, I found her behavior to be very unprofessional. I just wanted to share my experience with one of your service advisors, Kimberly Drew. Unfortunately, I found her behavior to be very unprofessional. I needed service for my vehicle and she brushed me off as if I was a nobody, not only that but her communication skills were very poor. I do not understand why managers hire people with poor customer service. i left without getting my car serviced and will not be coming back. This team at BMW of Silver Spring is AMAZING! After taking my beloved 5Series to a Popular Car Care Center (who shall remain nameless) for a $100.00 routine oil change, I THOUGHT I was in really After taking my beloved 5Series to a Popular Car Care Center (who shall remain nameless) for a $100.00 routine oil change, I THOUGHT I was in really good hands... until I went to get my car on the scheduled date and it was not ready. Not only was it not ready, it wasn't running either. The un-named center performed unrequested services on my vehicle (Electrical, Transmission, and other non-related systems) AND botched the requested services as well, resulting in the state of ill-repair and @ $11,000.00 worth of damages. After retrieving my vehicle by tow, BMW of Silver Spring quickly assessed the issues and repaired my vehicle 4 days ahead of schedule. EVERYONE there was extremely polite and professional. Honorable Mentions go out to "My BMW Team" Ms. Kimberly Drew (her first account) and wonderful Representative; Mr. "Teddy" Birbal (Parts and Services Superhero) and remarkable professional in any station of BMW; Mr. Ming "Make-it-Happen" Wang (Mechanical Juggernaut) with the perfect aptitude and personality; and Mr. Matt Dolesh, (General Manager Extraordinaire) Truly the glue that keeps it all together there. I bought my BMW 8 years ago. I still remember the service we received from the sales person. He took his time to help us find the perfect car for my family. I enjoy the service I receive every time I walk into the dealership. Brandy has been my service advisor for so many years. She never changed her attitude always positive and good vibe. I love seeing her when I walk into the service department. She always asks the right questions and offers all the necessary services that my car needs. She never tries to sell me any services I don’t need. She always remembers to ask about my family and my parents and relates easily. She makes sure that I am comfortable if I am waiting for my car or makes sure I get a loner to utilise my time as a busy mom. I have been to other dealerships but I never experienced this level of service out of any other dealership (including other BWM dealerships) I really appreciate your customer service Brandy! Keep up the good work. It means a lot to your customers and adds a lot of value to the dealership since people always want to bring back business. Have a great day! More
