I would recommend Wagner but more importantly Salwa, the dealership is clean and modern. The staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Salwa was my sales associate and she spent plenty of time discussing my needs and wants in a vehicle, I got the sense and the comfort level that she really understood what I was looking for in a car as well as in the budget for this vehicle. We picked 6 sets of keys and started our trek to go find my new BMW! I was equally impressed with the inventory available at Wagner plus Salwa really had a handle on what models and how they where equipped and where they where located on the property. Salwa is extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with I will defiantly buy my next BMW from Salwa and Wagner More
The overall experience at Wagner BMW was great. We really appreciated not having to travel to Natick to purchase our vehicle. He provided us with more than 3 alternatives that met our needs and requirements and not only offered a fair and competitive price but also met our expectations on the trade in of our existing vehicle. I had an extremely bad experience with this salesman (Menachem "Manny" Menasha) when I attempted to purchase a used M3 at BMW Wagner. I offered a price based upon online research at KBB/Edmunds, at whi (Menachem "Manny" Menasha) when I attempted to purchase a used M3 at BMW Wagner. I offered a price based upon online research at KBB/Edmunds, at which point salesman scoffed/laughed and told me I must be shopping for some other car, not an M3. Communications obviously broke down as the salesman was rude and aggressive, and I left the dealership. No big deal. The same salesman called me next morning and attempted to restart negotiations, but of course, with his personality, this was him arguing with me and myself on the defensive. I finally just told him if my offer was so ridiculous, please show me the bill of sale for the vehicle when it was traded in, and I would pay $1500 over any costs of the dealership, as I did not expect them to take a loss. His response: "ARE YOU CALLING ME A LIAR?". This was the exact response. He then went on to say that I didn't trust him, and that I should trust him, and repeated the "you are calling me a liar!" line several times over and over throughout multiple conversations (yes, he called me back over course of several days). I did not enjoy this, nor was I the one calling him. I have purchased 3 other BMWs and never had any issues, but this guy was confrontational and got very personal. I reported this to the sales manager, who condoned all his actions since he is "the best salesman". I flat out asked if the sales manger thought that this behavior was an acceptable way to treat a customer, and as far as I could tell, other than apologizing, he basically said it was the salesman's style and it worked. Obviously Wagner BMW is completely OK with these sorts of tactics, and the sales manager saw nothing wrong with anything that had happened. I will never be stepping foot inside this JOKE of a dealership, and will gladly pay more (thought that also is very unlikely considering how bad this dealership was trying to overprice vehicles and refusing to show any justification) someplace else. Please do not waste your time or your cellphone minutes being browbeaten by salesmen from this place. More

Gene was very professional and not pushy, he was extremely knowledgable and was very willing to really listen to what we wanted to pay for payments, not trying to push us into something out of that range. I have only needed minor service but each time the car is given back cleaned and vacuumed and the service staff is very friendly. I recommend Wagner to many people and look forward to buying from Gene again..... More
I have been a customer of Wagner BMW since October 1999, and I just ordered my fifth car from them (third one from Lois, my current sales person and the best one I have ever dealt with). I keep going back because I have consistently felt that I got a fair-to-great deal in every purchase with absolutely no hassle, and excellent service afterward. The relatively small size of this dealership makes it easier to establish a maintain contining relationships with both sales and service personnel, which is what keeps me coming back. I recommend it, and if you go, do ask for Lois. More

I leased a 2007 X5 in 2007 and I just purchased a 2010 X5 from Wagner Motors in Shrewsbury. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially my salesperson, Gene Kalp, who is awesome! Initial encounter was good and the normal sales man doing his job and trying to give you overloaded information. We had few options and choices depending upon our life style and our budget. This sales man was very pushy and very unclear about the pricing he was offering it seemed like he was in a rush to make the sale. Yes it is true we were there for buying a car but we needed to make sure we are getting the right deal and till today they haven't provided me with the carfax report. I had t pay 40 bucks and buy it online to check if the car is the right one. After the sale was done they had promised to deliver the car at the right time and when i called them no one cam eon the phone and the Alvin the salesman kept forwarding the call to his Manager. However, the business manager Brian is an honest man who will give you the right numbers and tell you everything straight up. I recommend to contact him directly when you need something on the pricing or negotiations. The salesmen are NOT AUTHORIZED to negotiate the price until the Business managers like Brian crunch numbers and give them a green flag. I recommend this dealership if you talk to the right person such as Brian, peter. Be aware of salesmen who dont have much knowledge about their products. More
