Even though I was about to buy 3rd BMW from Wagner I did not know the salesman who approached me as I walked into the showroom on a Saturday in June. As it turns out it was Gene Kalp. I discussed many differenct used/new car scenarios with Gene and he cut right through the delays and typical sales management tactics to answer my questions. In fact it was because of his tenacity and determination that I felt informed enough to trade in my 2008 for a 2011 3-Series. He made the deal happen. His repspect for the customer and his integrity were maintained at the highest possible levels throughout the transaction. The dealership is only as good as the Sales guy you are dealing with (even if you have a history with the dealership) and I am pleased to have met the right one :) More
This was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. I called sales person(Manny), told him I didn't want to waste time and that I wanted a bottom line on a certain used car. He got back to me promptly with a fair and encouraged me to keep the dialog open. He also had sold the car to the original owner and was able to give me the full background on it. My wife and I went to the dealership the next evening. Manny wasn't there, but the sales manager, Brian Cho. He let us drive the car after the dealership was closed and very quickly got to a bottom line, fair offer for our used car. I knew it was a fair offer because I had done the research on line ahead of time. We signed the sales agreement that night (Thursday) and the dealership was able to have me pick up on Saturday. The pick up on Saturday went without a hitch, even thought I had lost the title for my trade-in. Manny did a good job of explaining the navigation, bluetooth integration and other features of the car to my wife in a way that she could understand. I also met with the business manager,Dan Staley, who took me thru the after market options for vehicle protection. It was very low key and he did a great job of explaining the benefits without making it a high pressure sale. I ended buying the wheel insturance and Simoniz treatment All in all, a great experience. I will buy my next BMW here. More

As the chief executive of a multinational company, I appreciate and understand the value of a straightforward sales process with an informative salesperson -- both of which Donald offered with expert ability. He answered all of my questions -- which led to an incredibly efficient experience -- ultimately leading to a quick, no-hassle sale. More
My salesperson was extremely informative and explained the "in's and out's" of the vehicle. I few weeks ago I purchased a 2008 CPO 328xi from Wagner Motors. I was very pleased with my overall sales experience at Wagner and in particular with the knowledge and expertise provided to me by my client Motors. I was very pleased with my overall sales experience at Wagner and in particular with the knowledge and expertise provided to me by my client advisor, Steve Shifman. After 15 years of driving around my otherwise reliable Honda, it was not an easy decision for me to step up to a BMW. Fortunately, Steve made it as easy as possible. Steve not only was thorough in his explanation of the car, its features, my financing options, etc., but he did it in a way that made me feel completely comfortable with the process without any sales pressure. This included showing off the car to my 11 year old son (who knows more about cars than me) and then demonstrating the car a 2nd time to my wife when she accompanied me on a return visit before I made my purchase decision. Even when their was a small hiccup in closing the deal -- my wife needed to sign a document that was originally overlooked -- Steve went the extra mile, literally, by driving the paperwork to my house on his way home so we could get everything squared away. Pricewise Wagner was more than fair -- giving me a price slightly lower than what I expected to pay based on my research. All in all a great experience. More

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Wagner BMW, which in itself shows our satisfaction - and it will certainly NOT be our last! We worked with Menachem (Manny) Menasha for our purchase of a 2 BMW, which in itself shows our satisfaction - and it will certainly NOT be our last! We worked with Menachem (Manny) Menasha for our purchase of a 2008 X5; Manny was extremely proud of this vehicle due to its' cleanliness and low mileage, and was instrumental in matching us with this vehicle. We probably would not have spent quite this amount of money (almost $40k)but the X5 was worth every penny, and was a great long-term investment. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were welcomed by each and every staff member we saw. We felt they truly appreciated our business. Manny was such a pleasure to work with; he knew his product line extremely well and educated us every step of the way, until we drove off with our new SUV. Manny spent well over an hour going over all the "bells and whistles" of the electronics, etc. until he was satisfied that we were comfortable with everything. We also worked with Dan Staley, the finance manager, and he made our experience totally painless. I purchased a used 2006 BMW750I at Wagner BMW of Shrewsbury in July of 2010. I went into the showroom and told them I was interested in looking at the used cars and although there appeared to be se Shrewsbury in July of 2010. I went into the showroom and told them I was interested in looking at the used cars and although there appeared to be several salesman on the floor who were not busy, none wanted to help me. After waiting for about 5 minutes, they introduced me to a woman named "Selawa" (not sure of spelling). Selawa was brand new, had absolutely no knowledge of the 7 series and had to keep going back to seek help to respond to my questions from other sales people. I was patient because she was new and I felt bad for her. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and wanted to pick it up asap. Selawa could not have the car ready for me for an entire week! I wasn't thrilled but waited the week. When I showed up to pick up the car, it wasn't ready! I was so upset. It took me over 3 hours to pick up my new vehicle that they had a week to prep! The navigation system needed to be updated -that took an hour. Then when the car was ready, Selawa had to get the Finance manager (very nice and knowledgeable Asian man who owned the same car) to show me all of the options. I understood that she didn't have the knowledge and required assistance BUT the demo took much longer because Selawa kept asking him questions--not me, the buyer, but Selawa the saleswoman! It delayed the process and I was frustrated by this time. THEN when the car was ready for me to take, Selawa drove it to the front of the dealership and HIT the front curb of the dealership with my new car....right in front of me! I couldn't believe it! There is more to this long story....several days after I had the car, I received a call from Selawa. She started the conversation saying "I can't go any lower in price ...blah blah blah." She had confused me with another customer that she was working with. I was not satisfied with my experience at Wagner because of this one person. I hesitated to write this but just brought my car into another BMW dealership for servicing and it was like night and day. Outstanding service, knowledgeable professionals who went out of their way to help me. More
