I forgot my EzPass transponder and a CD in the old car that I traded i The sales person, Ryan Marcello was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I forgot my EzPass transponder and a CD in the old car that I traded in, and Ryan was able to retrieve it when I called him up about it after 4 days. I had the Encore visit about 6 weeks later with Ryan Houston because we were on a long vacation right after buying the car, and he was very knowledgeable and very patient. He explained all the features very nicely and said I could contact him again any time if I had any questions. More
RIP OFF and will charge you over and over for same issue Check engine light on so i drop off my X5 for repairs. they call me stating the issue and advised that there was an oil leak as well. Any how paid over a thousand dollars for repairs. Month or 2 goes by and i notice an oil leak, take back vehicle, they said they fixed it at no charge. Month or 2 goes by and i take the vehicle back and they call me wanting another thousand dollars to repair oil leak and stated that the oil leak was not related to the last oil leak. Does this sound correct or even fair to you? Not in my eyes as i am paying for them to guess on repairs for leaks. I will never use them again and want to warn others about their poor and horrible service not to mention their poor sales ethics. More

Poor post-sales follow up I bought a $50K + car with no second key and some minor body damage that the dealership promised to fix timely. I liked the sales rep, but I suspect that I was just taken in by less than forthright business practices. More

So much for customer service and hearing the customer out, he TOLD me either i pay for my car or they would not release it to as 1 option or the 2nd option was they put the old parts in it and I can go pick it up. I was LIED to from the beginning in this service visit and I WOULDN"T RECOMMEND this place to anyone. I will NEVER bring my vehicle there or buy a new vehicle from them, I will take my business to BMW of Sudbury instead. More

Most notably, the sales advisor, Joey Harrington, was very patient with us, informative, and sincerely effective. While apprehensive about purchasing a new luxury car at first, we found that this concern and any stigma associated with car buying dissolved quickly as the selection, evaluation and price negotiations were more like calming discussions. Questions regarding our car’s features, options and pricing, those of any competing alternative, and even those at other dealerships were welcomed and answered quickly. This is not by chance but clearly due to the efforts from good sales people like Joey who work inside a business that has instituted the right customer practices. We highly recommend Wagner BMW. More
