Had an extremely unpleasant experience with a horribly rude and unprofessional sales person and the condescending/self-righteous General manager Brad Taylor today. Dropped by this afternoon to figure out rude and unprofessional sales person and the condescending/self-righteous General manager Brad Taylor today. Dropped by this afternoon to figure out what should be our fourth BMW after our current lease ends. Fully expected a helpful and professional experience and good customer service comparable to the last three times in three different BMW dealerships in Illinois, South Carolina and Connecticut. What a horrible surprise! The sales person gentlemen made several condescending comments about the two of the models we are checking out would be significantly more expensive than our current lease. Upon my wife commented with frustration that we are checking out these models with understanding of the cost difference and it should not be a consideration of his, the sales person became agitated and asked if we want to work with somebody else. Then he came back and literately told us because there is nobody else available so he will have to help us with test drive in a very stern voice that remind me not as a sales rep but some kind of authority. When my wife said she is not comfortable working with him he tried to push us out of the door. Then I asked to talk to the sales manage. He never told us his name but give us a business card of their General Sales Manager Mr. Brad Taylor. So let’s call him Mr. X. Mr. X talked to me in a fashion of self-installed authority and self-righteousness that tells me where the authoritarian style behavior of the sales person came from. Mr X repeatedly asked me in a very impatient tone "what do you want?" and commented "you are just asking for a number!" Disregarding that simple facts that I was there for a shopping experience with customer service that will guide us through our search for my wife's next car. Finally Mr. X told us to find another dealership. So we did. We are so disgusted by this experience, we decided to try out Tesla. What a night and day difference! Nick and Aaron at Natick Mall Tesla store are exemplary of hospitality and customer service. They tried their best to squeeze us in for two test drives despite the busy flow of customers and guided us through all of our considerations in a friendly and no-pressure fashion. Now it’s most likely we will be getting either a Tesla X or a Y once we figure out between the two. And on top of that we started an ordered of solar roof system with them. It’s really sad that I used to love BMW for their meticulous and upscale design, solid performance and German style attention to details. Now in a twisted way thanks to the horrible people in Shrewsbury BMW I found Tesla and the real “Driving Machine” after being a BMW customer for almost 20 years. More
Excellent new car sales experience! My salesman, Paul Andrade was very pleasant and helpful. Along with Sales Manager Rob Picerno they went out of their way to make sure the buying process was no-stress Andrade was very pleasant and helpful. Along with Sales Manager Rob Picerno they went out of their way to make sure the buying process was no-stress and easy. They offered fair prices on the new car and on my trade, and took care of every detail. Everything they promised, they delivered. Even the Business Office experience was painless. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had recently. I recommend BMW of Shrewsbury, Paul and Rob. If you're shopping, stop in and give them a chance. More

Walked into the showroom on a Saturday afternoon and was surprised that it wasn’t busy. Great, I thought, the sales people will be attentive and wow me with their knowledge. Wrong! I roamed around the sh surprised that it wasn’t busy. Great, I thought, the sales people will be attentive and wow me with their knowledge. Wrong! I roamed around the showroom for 15 minutes sitting in the X5 and X7 and although I could see several employees talking at the “reception” desk, no one bothered to acknowledge me by simply saying “hi”. What a “friendly” place to make me want to drop $85K on a new car...NOT! More

TERRIBLE! A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this dealership. From their Client Advisor, Kyle, to their Sales manager, Brad, and their Business Manager, Adam. Her A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this dealership. From their Client Advisor, Kyle, to their Sales manager, Brad, and their Business Manager, Adam. Here is what you need to lookout for based on my experience. * Don’t buy a car from them if your residence is out of state (Massachusetts doesn’t provide temporary license plates, so you may not take the car home with you that day). * If you buy one of their lightly used vehicles check to see if it is pre certified and look it over THOROUGHLY. My car wasn’t despite the fact it only served as the dealership’s loaner (5k miles). * If it’s near closing time (within 3 hours), leave the dealership. Other than the obvious fact no one hustles to get their job done, they also make careless mistakes. The Business Manager failed to include the $7k discount on my purchase agreement. The driver’s door panel was loose and not properly repaired as I requested. The car was dirty. And the front bumper was cracked and no one noticed. * Do not expect to get any of your documentation and/or refund in a timely manner. I paid for the vehicle in cash on Monday, didn’t receive its title until Thursday (after I had to badger them and so I was unable to register/drive the vehicle for an additional 4 days) and I didn’t get my refund check until 2 weeks later (AFTER I called BMW North America to complain). Call BMW N. America if you are getting the run around! In total I paid $45k (including a $2k wheel insurance policy) for this xxxx of an experience. It was my first BMW, so obviously I thought the premium I paid came with good customer service. Not so. In fact, quite the opposite. Two final notes: if you are dissatisfied with the dealership’s performance and you make it known to them, expect them to move at a snail’s pace. Also expect the sales manager to punt your complaint to their parent company and wash his hands of it. ***God forbid you use profanity out of frustration after all their mistakes, their 24 year old client advisor, Kyle Vartanian, will lose his xxxx! I guess that’s the BMW way. More
Kyle was nice, informative and is good at following up. I am early in my car search.
