Tina seemed nice at first but was very rude after I asked to not do a service. I watched my car sit outside for at least 20 minutes before she even came out to give me the keys (yes I responded to the text s to not do a service. I watched my car sit outside for at least 20 minutes before she even came out to give me the keys (yes I responded to the text saying I was ready to go). When I left the dealer I noticed a light was still on and went back to ask about it but Tina did not even talk to me directly when she could clearly see me through the window, instead she had one of the valets explain to me that the light was another issue not related to what they fixed. Tina never explained anything to me I knew there were issues with the car but she didn't bother to explain prices or attempt to help me set something up to get it fixed, but thankfully when I was about to leave the dealer (again) I ran into Mr. Santori who was so so nice and offered to explain to me prices and what should prioritized on my vehicle. Turned out that there were major problems that I wasn't aware of and were very dangerous!! No one had explained it until I ran into Mr. Santori and he went into more detail about the techs video. Regardless I am now working on the car to fix it, but this was a very unpleasant first time experience at a BMW dealer. Fernando Santori is a valuable asset to the company and I do hope that he is appreciated and compensated for his hard work and customer service, but if there are people who do not value their customers like Tina I would not want to go back to this dealership. More

Very good service and treatment for my 2006 Mini Cooper I know that this is a BMW dealership, but there is not a convenient Mini dealership within 2 driving hours, so I elected to get my work performed by t I know that this is a BMW dealership, but there is not a convenient Mini dealership within 2 driving hours, so I elected to get my work performed by the next best thing - a BMW dealership. They were great and had no problems reviewing my car (with a video review no less !!) and had everything done quickly and at reasonable cost. Thank you for your services and kudos to BMW of Sarasota.
