The first car they offered be had less than 1/4 tank which means my first stop would be the gas station. Second car had a little more than 1/2 tank. U need to follow your own rules! 2 I went in for a recall and was told I had $3400 worth of work needed. I brought car to mechanic and cost will be less than half. If it had been a little cheaper I probably would have had it all done there More

Made the switch from AUDI to BMW last October and took my X3 here for its first oils change at 8,000 miles. Asked ahead of time for a loaner as I didn’t know how long it would take. 40 min after waiting in t X3 here for its first oils change at 8,000 miles. Asked ahead of time for a loaner as I didn’t know how long it would take. 40 min after waiting in the lobby my loaner was ready and about 15 min after I left the dealership in the loaner, i got a text saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I put $5.00 in fuel in although only driving it a few miles and get back to the service entrance. I’m told to go in and wait in the lobby and that Tina would be right with me. 30 min go by and no info from anyone. They were not busy not slow, so i inquired with the attendant outside in the service drop off area and he was very rude to me, stating it’s not my turn, completely ignoring me (which there was no line outside) so i text the number who texted me my car was ready “how much longer? I’ve been here over 30 min waiting” To my surprise Tina found me within a couple min with NO help from the rude attendant outside. Major gap in communication obviously. Not looking forward to further service at this dealership in the future if this is a taste of how they operate. The work was done in a timely manner and my car was washed, just unsure why it took so long to get the loaner and the major gap in communication between the drop off guy and my service advisor. Overall 2 star experience More
