We had an appointment for Saturday the 25th at 10:30. All we needed to do was drop off our car and pick up a Loaner, we waited over an hour and a half to speak to our Service Advisor. We have never experienced anything like that at this dealership. When you have an appointment for 10:30 you should be taken care of in a timely manner.
