Nick the service manager deserves a "5", he was very good and honest. He knew his job and was very helpful. The "Genius" needs to find a new career path. The individual didn't know his job, he was defens and honest. He knew his job and was very helpful. The "Genius" needs to find a new career path. The individual didn't know his job, he was defensive and obtuse when he couldn't answer questions. Due to the service conducted, I lost many settings that the "Genius" could not retrieve. I was told there's nothing more that could be done to retrieve my settings and he left the vehicle. Thereafter I left the dealership and almost got into an accident because different items were on my screens. Once I got home, I retrieved most of the previous settings on my own but am still missing a few (so much for having a "Genius" available to help customers navigate the computer/settings). Note, this facility needs to ensure that customers have all their previous settings after services and prior to leaving the garage. More
