Recently I had to take my car to the Sarasota BMW location for service. Upon arrival I was greeted kindly by staff and set right up with an advisor. The advisor I was working with goes by the name of Nick Ring. Knowing I was going to be without my car for some time, I was stressed. Nick made the time very hospitable and kept me in the loop with every single step along the way. I have worked with several advisors over the years from different dealerships and none of them have come close to making you feel like you are part of the family like Nick did. Nick is genuinely hospitable and works with a sense of urgency. Nick made the experience by exceeding all expectations. Ask for Nick Ring for all your BMW needs. More
