Beware If you want to come out feeling like absolute trash, this is your place! The term customer service seems to have a different definition there as I ended up in tears after a two minute conversation with Tim Price. His tone made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. In the end I told him I would like to get my service at another location and he replied with a classy “you should definitely do that.” I spoke with the manager and he helped me get a courtesy car so I could get out of the dealership ASAP. I did not know that I needed to specify that I had a check engine light in addition to general service being needed. I thought they were the same thing. Be sure to be as specific as possible when you go in or else you will need to make multiple trips which is extremely time consuming and they will blame you for it all. If you find yourself here, beware of the disparity in quality among the employees. I was not shown the consistent quality of service that I expect from a BMW service center which is disappointing to say the least. More

Quick service Came in to have some minor work completed on a new X3 including desling with an ugly scratch on the front bumper. Looks much better. Be Careful Leaving Your Car with these Guys! I have repeatedly found that the service is slow and extremely expensive. After my last service their “crack team” actually damaged my car in the lot I have repeatedly found that the service is slow and extremely expensive. After my last service their “crack team” actually damaged my car in the lot (requiring significant repair) and a mystery “check engine light” appeared after they “cared” for my car and upon my return. THey did not notify me to tell me of the damage nor the light being on and thought I’d not notice and just drive away... Shady! After notifying management I was then asked to pay $2000 to fix the “check engine light warning” and the dealership took no responsibility for their blunder. Therefore I will NEVER do business with BMW of San Rafael again and I urge you to exercise caution dealing with this dealership. More

Great Customer Service The brakes on my 2013 328 was making an odd noise. The problem was diagnosed (worn pads) and fixed within a few hours. On my bill I saw that they had The brakes on my 2013 328 was making an odd noise. The problem was diagnosed (worn pads) and fixed within a few hours. On my bill I saw that they had also done a vehicle inspection and topped off all fluids. Plus they washed my car! What an unexpected and wonderful treat! More
