VERY DISSAPOINTING TO BE MISINFORMED When I purchased my series 4 I was informed by the Sales Agent that if I purchased Dent Protect, it will help keep my car in pristine form and that I When I purchased my series 4 I was informed by the Sales Agent that if I purchased Dent Protect, it will help keep my car in pristine form and that I should bring it in every year for scratches and small dents. A year later, when I am trying to repair my car for minor scratches and small dents, I find out (and after reading the fine print) that Dent Protect has so many exclusions, that none of my dents fall within the protection I purchased. Dent Protect protection does not cover any scratched or any dents where the paint was removed or dents with scratches, etc. etc.. Not many dents can fall into this category! Hence, I was essentially sweet talked into purchasing an $864.00 protection that I will likely never use. More importantly, I feel that I was completely Misinformed! Very Disappointing! More

Got the car I wanted and the service I expected Julian Rubbo was my primary contact at BMW of San Rafael. From start to finish he was excellent. He helped me configure the car after showing me the vehicle on the lot that was most similar, so I could see what the color combinations would look like, the M sport package looked like, and the options I wanted. He communicated when there was a status update and shared relevant links, making the process smooth. He was very considerate of my time. He then handed me off to Shaun to complete the paperwork. Shaun Hagerman was efficient and congenial, and I was out of the dealership with my car in a shorter amount of time than I had budgeted. I will definitely recommend BMW of San Rafael to my friends and family, even though it's not the closest dealership to my zip code. More

Incredible Service. Robert Stephens, my service rep was amazing. I brought the car in for it's first servicing and while he told me it would be an hour and a half, he go Robert Stephens, my service rep was amazing. I appreciated his not over delivering on the promise, but over delivering on the actual service! I have found the entire staff there from Jonathan who sold me the car to Robert who helped me get it serviced! Outstanding dealership!!! More
