In particular, Lawrence was extremely helpful. In addition to walking me through the process of servicing the car, he also patiently and insightfully answered quite a few questions I had about how to get the best of out my car. More
My experience - as usual - has been nothing less than stellar. My 2017 540i has been serviced exclusively at this service center and as a result, the machine ticks like a well-wound watch. I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Austin Smith, my BMW service advisor. Throughout my interactions, I have observed a lack of professionalism, characterized by a failure t provided by Austin Smith, my BMW service advisor. Throughout my interactions, I have observed a lack of professionalism, characterized by a failure to return calls and text messages promptly. Additionally, I have concerns about the honesty and reliability of the information provided. Regrettably, Mr. Smith has not demonstrated a thorough understanding of automotive issues, impacting the quality of advice offered. I believe effective communication and expertise are crucial in a service advisor role, and I have unfortunately experienced shortcomings in these aspects. I hope that sharing this feedback will contribute to the improvement of service standards. It is my sincere expectation that the necessary measures will be taken to address these concerns and enhance the overall customer experience. More
Scheduled a 12:30pm appointment 7+ days out. Arrive and Service Manager is at lunch until 1:45pm, but no one tells me that when I pull in. I finally receive a call from him at 1:45 saying he is Arrive and Service Manager is at lunch until 1:45pm, but no one tells me that when I pull in. I finally receive a call from him at 1:45 saying he is scheduling the car now- why bother making an appointment if total time is 3 hours in the dealership? Shocked to hear prices raising from $225/hr to $340/hr for labor still being blamed on 'covid.' Exuberant prices for subpar service that didn't even include a carwash or vacuum. Cannot recommend this dealer as I've been to others that are far superior. More

I have full confidence in the service agents (Austin) to take care of both my emergencey and scheduled services for the longevity of this beautiful 2011 328i.
