I was about to buy the car at an agreed price (above MSRP) and sign the papers, then at the last second I was told I'd have to pay $5K more on top of already high price to get the car :). ***ABSOLUTLEY AVOID*** I will never take my car to BMW of SF ever again! They are extremely unprofessional and don't care about the customers or the cars brought in for maintenance. After paying $430 for mai SF ever again! They are extremely unprofessional and don't care about the customers or the cars brought in for maintenance. After paying $430 for maintenance, the car was left with grease marks on the driver side door interior and around the outside of the frontend of the car. They didn't wash the car as they had promised and I ended up paying another $80 for a carwash. When I brought this to their attention, there was no action taken. Again, they don't care about their customers or the property of their customers. They are a scoundrel-run dealership!! More
