Had my first service last week & Marcelino Soto is an outstanding advisor! Friendly, efficient and answered all my questions/concerns. It was supposed to be just a few hours service, but because there wa outstanding advisor! Friendly, efficient and answered all my questions/concerns. It was supposed to be just a few hours service, but because there was a recall, Marcelino arranged a loaner for the day, just in case. Very much appreciated! All round excellent customer experience!
