Jon Taylor, it is regrettable that you do not comprehend the psychological distress of being told that I will have to pay for a new transmission costing upward toward $7000 dollars or buying a new BMW. the fact that you did not charge was not based on altruism, it was because your team was negligent by not conducting a proper inspection and the possibility toward looking at the future dollar amount.
