40K service was quick and professional. I knew my tires were ready to be replaced and Jeff reserved the new tires ahead of time, so they could be replaced during my service. The worst service I’ve ever revived from a service department.. they had my car for three days when the service was supposed to last 3 hours. I called the service department and no one returned my cal department.. they had my car for three days when the service was supposed to last 3 hours. I called the service department and no one returned my calls. I called the service manager who was supposed to call back and the service manager didn’t return my calls. I finally got a hold of a sales person who went to find out what was going on and he got the service department to return my calls. When you pay 96,000$ for a car bad service is unacceptable. More
I was able to schedule a factory recall service appointment within 2 days and with night drop convenience. Everything was resolved and an inspection with video was provided by the technician.
