The agent carefully selected what to tell me to lure me into getting -"the windshield wipers are $40, like the store" "the concentrated windshield cleaner it's only $3" - and what not to tell me -they charged me $30.99 for a $2 retail battery for the car key, $14 to spray frigi-fresh in the cabin filter, which is more than a whole new can, retail price, and like that who knows what else. $200 for a non-required wheel alignment you can get done for about half in most places -not told the price. I understand that everybody needs to make a profit. At the same time, one can assume a fair price, even high for being BMW, but some things are outrageous, especially when you have been told what seemed normal prices for 2-3 items so it looks like it makes sense to get everything done in there, but then not told the prices of others. To add to it, one of the windshield wipers doesn't wipe in the middle -if you don't even bother to check that a windshield wiper does what it's supposed to do, I wonder about everything else you do there. I was told I was going to get a call in 2-3 days after my service to check that everything was OK, and a survey email, and I waited and waited for it to mention the wipers -never had a call, email, nothing. I eventually emailed the agent to cancel my scheduled service for next year explaining all this. He never called with an explanation, an apology, nothing. I just received an automated email saying that the appointment had been cancelled. I guess the have enough customers being one of the few BMW places in the area and could not care less. I live 45 min from the dealership so it's not even worth going there to get and then spend an hour to get it replaced. Disappointed of paying BMW service prices to get this service, so of course not coming back. I am seeing now the reviews in here so I guess my case is not the only one. More

Warranty Claim denied. Engine misfire after 2,000 miles. We purchased a 2009 BMW 328i last August 2019. It had 92,xxx miles when purchased. I was assured that I have a 90 day or 4,000 mile warranty if the car breaks down. Last October 30, 2019 the car started rough. I know it was a misfire. I contacted the dealer and dropped it off the next day for repair. I informed them that it is still under the 90 day or 4,000 mile warranty. The Service Adviser called me that I have engine misfire due to multiple failed ignition coil. She also informed me that my claim was denied since it was caused by a spark plug which was not a listed warranty item. My warranty contract does not show spark plugs as included or excluded item. Also my warranty contract does not show ignition coils as covered warranty item. Pretty much my warranty contract does not show a lot of items covered. My contention is that if they want to be specific on whats covered they also need to be specific on whats excluded because if I was told that spark plugs are excluded I would have requested this replaced or checked prior to purchase. Spark plugs for BMW are recommended by BMW service since owners really have no idea when it should be replaced. I had a 2014 X3 and it was done every 50,000 and I had a 2007 X3 which was done at 90,000 just before my warranty expired. Covered on my warranty are: Engine, Transmission, Electrical, front wheel drive, rear wheel drive, steering, front suspension, rear suspension, air conditioning, hybrid/electrical components, cooling, fuel delivery, safety system, seals and gasket. (each item has a list of components) Exclusions on the warranty are: modifications, abuse, misuse, negligence, collision, manufacturer recall, non covered condition. (explanation and scenario on each line.) I ask them which part of the exclusion applies to me. They said non-covered condition. Spark plugs are part of maintenance. But that exclusion line does not mention anything about maintenance. All they could tell me is that it is not on the listed item as covered warranty. I explained to them that under Electrical it mention distributor and coil. Modern cars don't have Distributor Ignition System but they have Coil on Plug Ignition System. This line should apply to my vehicle. I am still waiting Auto Nation Warranty to respond to me. I have been in contact with the Auto Nation Warranty claim most of the time. The dealership is still undecided on helping me. The car has been in the shop for 7 days. More

Never trust any service centers fully I had given my 3 series for a service cause my Rear right tire was loosing its air pressure every Monday. So when I give my vehicle and collected it b I had given my 3 series for a service cause my Rear right tire was loosing its air pressure every Monday. So when I give my vehicle and collected it back, all the tire pressure was at 40 psi instead of recommended 32 psi. I trusted the service engineers and it was my life I had put at risk , when I checked the psi at 40 while driving back home from BMW Roseville. Luckily I checked the TPM to see this discrepancy and drive back immediately to get the tire pressure reduced to the recommended 32 psi. Lost complete trust on BMW as a brand with this error, which could have caused my life. More

Very good service and sales, perfect customer service. I used their service for the first time for a multi point inspection. Scheduled it online and drove from Reno, NV. My service advisor Sarah was amazin I used their service for the first time for a multi point inspection. Scheduled it online and drove from Reno, NV. My service advisor Sarah was amazing. She immediately got my car in, I asked if it can be done in one hour and she said "certainly". One hour later my car was ready, washed and cleaned. I highly recommend this dealership. Also, I purchased a car from them before and their prices were much more reasonable than the local Dealership in Reno. I drove 110 miles and saved a lot of money compared to I would get in Reno. More
In my opinion the visit was a rip off . 2 months ago we replaced a battery on a BMW X3 at the dealer for $485 and we bought the life time warranty battery and after 2 months the car started 2 months ago we replaced a battery on a BMW X3 at the dealer for $485 and we bought the life time warranty battery and after 2 months the car started to crank low , went back and asked to have the battery voltage checked , came back fine but they still charged me $129 diagnostic fee , which by the way a new battery alone is $146 from them . and i still have the same problem . any way total rip off for a repeat customer . it take them 5 minutes to check voltage on battery and alternator . The battery was purchased and installed by them 2 months ago and the funny thing they say life time warranty but to check it $129. This would never happen at Niello BMW of Sacramento . More
Refund on Cancellation of Extended Warranty I had an extended warranty on my 2010 X5 purchased through BMW of Roseville. I sold the car in April and requested a refund of the pro rated unused p I had an extended warranty on my 2010 X5 purchased through BMW of Roseville. I sold the car in April and requested a refund of the pro rated unused portion in April 2016. Five months later, I am still waiting. I was dealing with Darren Macias who told me the process would take 4-6 weeks, only to tell me 3 months later (after numerous emails) that he needed proof of Paid in Full from the lender. Darren has no knowledge of the process and has horrible customer service skills. No reply to emails/phone calls and he acts like he is doing me a favor. This is hardly the way to earn repeat business. More
