We recently moved to Granite Bay and needed our eSeries BMW serviced. Lucky enough there was a dealer 7 miles from us and we found Jeff Brown in the Service Department. Awesome Advisor. Clearly outlined the services needed for our car and the speed at which the work was done was very reasonable. They didn’t have a Loaner for me so they sent me home in (and picked me up) an Uber. I've been to Roseville BMW a few times now for my car issues and have dealt with parts and service and each time the experience was wonderful. This last time was a recall service to replace my airbag an issues and have dealt with parts and service and each time the experience was wonderful.
