I purchased a BMW and the windshield got cracked while I was driving. I went to the dealership to see if I had coverage. They told me to wait for the finance guy. Waited 40 minutes and noone came to help me was driving. I went to the dealership to see if I had coverage. They told me to wait for the finance guy. Waited 40 minutes and noone came to help me. I told them I was going to run an errand and would be back. Rob said the second finance guy would come in by the time I get back. Waited another 30 minutes and left. I’m a reasonable person and I understand you might be busy! You need to communicate that with your customer and give them a time frame. I’m a full-time mom with a baby at home and was really trying to fix the windshield while the babysitter was home. They really disappointed me. They could have asked me to go home and wait for their call. More
