I have given this dealership many chances, and they are truly a blemish to the BMW brand. I have owned BMW vehicles and motorcycles and the customer service at this dealership is horrendous. I had bad experiences in sales and maintenance, both times where I had to engage with the management, the GM at one point. Most recently I took my car in for service, and after being told I would receive a loaner due to the distance traveled and confirming this many times before reaching, the service advisor tells me upon getting there that I would not receive one and its impossible for anyone to give me one. She also asked me how old I am - a question which I took serious offense to. I tried speaking to the service manager but he was conveniently out and when I left him a few messages and asked for a call-back, I was ghosted. I will never be returning here and will be suggesting to all of my friends that they do the same. Niello BMW however, has been amazing. 10/10 all around! More
The advisor was very helpful and communicated the status of our vehicle daily. Unfortunately the vehicle is somewhat new and repairs are controlled via electronic communication which can be very frustrating of our vehicle daily. I purchased a BMW and the windshield got cracked while I was driving. I went to the dealership to see if I had coverage. They told me to wait for the finance guy. Waited 40 minutes and noone came to help me was driving. I went to the dealership to see if I had coverage. They told me to wait for the finance guy. Waited 40 minutes and noone came to help me. I told them I was going to run an errand and would be back. Rob said the second finance guy would come in by the time I get back. Waited another 30 minutes and left. I’m a reasonable person and I understand you might be busy! You need to communicate that with your customer and give them a time frame. I’m a full-time mom with a baby at home and was really trying to fix the windshield while the babysitter was home. They really disappointed me. They could have asked me to go home and wait for their call. More
My Representative Nghia Nguyen was top of the line. I cannot tell you how stressed I was upon arrival and from the first friendly smile I knew I was in good hands.
