BMW of Roseville - Service Center

I have yet to come and not be greeted with a minute seeing if they can do anything for me. Everyone is always pleasant. And the service agent that I always deal with is the BEST. ( Nghia Nguyen) treats seeing if they can do anything for me. Everyone is always pleasant. And the service agent that I always deal with is the BEST. ( Nghia Nguyen) treats you like you are a friend not a customer. I had to go to the Ford dealership the same day as the BMW dealership. Couldn't believe the difference. Both vehicles are in the 100 thousand dollar price range so that shouldn't be a factor. But Ford was only there to the money, BMW was looking for satisfaction for the customer. I really appreciate the way they treat me. I will be a repeat customer. And don't plan on changing. I'm on my 4th BMW now. More
