I am really pissed off by their service department. They obviously do not care about their customers unlike other BMW dealers (INCLUDING THEIR SUPERVIOSOR). I told the BMW supervisor and BRUCE REINEKE at service department this morning and I am writing it for people to know who they are dealing with. I have two BMW’s one of them is 2009 328XI and the other one is 2007 BMW X5 which I bought from BMW of Annapolis. If you care about your car/your money, stay away from BMW of Rockville. My 2009 BMW is still under factory warrantee but they tried to charge me $135 for battery diagnostic check which it should be free. I had to fight for it and finally I ended up not paying but I lost one day at work. NOT FAIR They also tried to charge me $435 for battery replacement (AGAIN it should be free with my factory warrantee). I ended up getting my car and leave the mean supervisor. After 2 days, they finally returned my car dirty (outside and inside with oil marks on my tan carpet and they tried to cover it with my rubber floor-mat). They left the battery cover open in my trunk and one of my tire caps were missing. I called my service advisor and asked him to put everything back together and find my missing tire cap. This afternoon, I took the same car to BMW of Silver Spring and 2 hours later they called me and changed my battery for free (under my factory warrantee). Shouldn't all BMW service departments be the same? I guess not! More

I am extremely pleased that BMW of Rockville got rid of Enterprise. Although Enterprise is a very reputable company, when a customer purchases a BMW and has to take the car into the shop, it is very frustrating when you are SHOVED into a Carolla. Not that there is anything wrong with a Carolla, but someone as tall as I am does not fit comfortable in a Corolla. I think this is a step in the right direction for BMW of Rockville. It is always very refreshing to know if you have an emergency you can go right in and not wait for an appointment. What a great concept. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and professional. I appreciate the new "service type" that is being introduced. More

Jeff Doss in particular has consistently gone the extra mile on many occasions to ensure I am well informed, has oftentimes provided best value recommendations, pays attention to the details such a quick turnaround loaner car arrangements and ensuring that my car is both washed and vacuumed upon my pickup of service visits. I am certain that the longetivity and superlative condition of my 1992 BMW is the result of this team's quality care and expertise over these years. I highly recommend this dealer and ask for Jeff Doss. More

I believe his name was Nate. He was courteous and professional. • I believe the elimination of the color coded team concept is a good idea. As luck would have it under the old system you could walk in behind 4 other “green” customers and be waiting for a while. Allowing the customer to speak to a particular advisor is a good compromise for customers with an established relationship with a service advisor. • Picking up my loaner vehicle was pleasant and uneventful. Having a BMW loaner is a nice touch. • I was contacted by Rockville BMW around 2:10 pm that my vehicle was ready. More

We have been working with Jeff Doss for about three years now and he is great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and is very responsive whenever we have a question. I have dealt with many service advisors in the past and he is def. one of the best. The cars are only as good as the service and Jeff has def. made it a very enjoyable experience and I look forward to many more great years of service ahead. More
