My service experience at BMW of Rockville was top notch from my conversation with the service scheduler to working with the cashier to pay for the work done. I’m really upset with your service, never had this for long time. Didn’t get the loan car, when come back to pick up next day using the taxi cab, my car wasn’t washed.
