They were able to accommodate me on a short notice, provide me with a complimentary loaner, and (most importantly) keep me in the loop with their communication. My service advisor, Eric Clark, is the best advisor I have ever had at BMW (and I have owned 9 BMWs in the past 18 years) Lance Mitchell runs a fantastic service organization and should be commended. She was very helpful in explai I have previously given a review for Roxanne Roch-Rigo who was outstanding to work with in leasing my new 2015 BMW X5. She was very helpful in explaining the changes to and additions to the new X5 over my last 2012 X5. But, she also suggested that I meet with Jennifer Cierra (Product Genius) if I had any further questions. I met with Jennifer on Thursday, May 7, and Jennifer provided an excellent follow-up to what I had received from Roxanne. Jennifer was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful in going over the many features of my X5. Essex at the service entrance is always so welcoming and sets the stage for a great experience. The service associates always are helpful and keep you informed regarding the schedule and scope. When I need an oil topping, I call in advance - the oil is waiting and i am in and out in minutes. Great job and thanks. More

Pick another BMW service center if you can A month ago I called the Manager Kevin Topolski at the dealership to setup an appointment for the repair of my 7 series . After leaving two messages, A month ago I called the Manager Kevin Topolski at the dealership to setup an appointment for the repair of my 7 series . After leaving two messages, I never got a call back. Today I needed to get a blown tire replaced. Their GM, Lance Mitchell told me it will take less than 90 minutes to replace the tire and it will not be worth getting a loaner. The tire replacement took over 2.5 hours. After about 1.5 hours, I asked how much longer do I need to wait. I was told they are working on the car and never answered the question of how much longer I need to wait. This dealership's service has always been poor. For example, the day I purchased the car the check engine light came-on with 60 miles on the car. I called the dealer, they said I must have not tightened the fuel cap. Presuming I did something wrong, what reason would I have to fill fuel in a car that was delivered to me with a full tank. When I took my car there, the service representative asked me to wait. He claimed they will need to just reset the light and check the fuel cap. About an hour later, no one provided me an update. When I went looking for the representative, I found he had left for the day. He left for the day, while leaving me hanging in the waiting room. They finally found that the fuel gasket was blown and needed to keep the car for repairs. Since that first day, every time I take my car there, the experience has been far from good. There was one time they changed the battery stating the car needed a higher rating battery. The next time they said the battery never needed to be changed to a higher rating. They are never able to replicate the problems I encounter, so I started to record the issues and send the videos to the dealer to prove the issues were real. In summary, I feel this dealership is not only incompetent, but not trust worthy. More
