Worst experience at a service center - EVER Have had 5 tires put on car in 25K miles. Each time they blame it on the road. Unable to fix other problems after 10 times for same issues. Service person took my car home without my consent for weekend "test drive" put 180 miles on it and charged me to put gas into the car. Would not admit any wrong-doing but said that I would get car detailed and full tank of gas. I got the detail but they never made good on the gas. The service people are very rude and basically laugh at you when you become upset with their inferior service and practices. No sense in reporting to BMW North America - they just send your letter back to the dealer. Also, once you fill out your survey in a negative manner, they will not send you another survey. Find ANY other BMW dealer in the area before trying BMW of Rockville. More
Impressive customer service I was rather disappointed to learn about the clutch in need of replacement on my three and a half year old 328i knowing that my previous 325i had no c I was rather disappointed to learn about the clutch in need of replacement on my three and a half year old 328i knowing that my previous 325i had no clutch issues during the 8 year tenure. I shared my concern with Scott Cascone, the service manager, who readily agreed to make inquiries with BMW directly. Scott notified me within the next 48 hours, as promised, about the BMW decision to cover 60% of the repair cost. The attention and courtesy of the stuff during the next step of bringing the car for the repair and arrangement of a loaner vehicle was invaluable. Scott personally oversaw the entire process and kept me informed via phone calls and e-mail to the very point when my car with a newly installed clutch was ready for the pick up. I am very impressed with his professionalism and personable approach and wish him best in his future endeavors. Thank you, AT More

Great experience with service department I contacted my sales manager (Nicolas Popovici) about a problem that came up with the vehicle. Within the hour I got a call from the service manager I contacted my sales manager (Nicolas Popovici) about a problem that came up with the vehicle. Within the hour I got a call from the service manager (Scott Cascone) and he told me to either bring the car in or they would come pick it up while dropping off a loaner. I dropped the car off that afternoon and was on my way with my loaner vehicle in no time. The next morning they called me and told me they found the problem and the car should be ready that afternoon. Once again, the pick up of the car was quick and painless. Scott went out of his way to make sure I was informed of what was going on and was apologetic about the vehicle having a problem to begin with. They definitely showed genuine concern for getting my vehicle fixed quickly and correctly. Its little things like these that will get me to drive by several other BMW dealerships that are closer to get my car serviced at BMW of Rockville. You all Rock!!! More

It was great to sit down with someone knowledgable about the features of the car after having driven it for a few weeks. He went into all the features in depth and made sure I did not have any questions when I left the dealership. Being able to go over this while my car was in service was a great plus as it made the 90 minutes go by pretty quickly. Great folks to work with and great experience!!! More

Even if he is busy, he's never too busy to help! More

They notified me when my car was due for service and made making the service appointment very easy. I was met quickly by the service attendant and then by Joy Chilcoat who spent time to listen and then advise me on methods to extend the life of the tires and systems on my car. I was quickly given a courtesy service loaner and was on my way. Joy called me when my car was ready which was a few hours earlier than promised. My car was returned to me washed and vacuumed and Joy emailed me a report about the service done and recommended service. Thank you BMW of Rockville and Joy Chilcoat! More

I have several BMW dealership options in the area when it comes to having my vehicle serviced but I continue to drive the 30+ miles to BMW of Rockville because of my experience with Scott and his team.
