I will hate for anybody to go through the same fraudulent experience i went through. Please do a follow-up with another dealer if you HAVE to take you vehicle to this dealership. Just to update on my experience at this dealership. After my bad experience, I took my vehicle to BMW of silver spring, btw, best experience ever. They check my vehicle and point out all the services i need that was passed at the Rockville dealership. I will never ever, ever never take my vehicle to this place or recommend anyone there. I've never written such a bad review for anyone, I'm doing this because i am very upset. This is all based on my experience, go at your expense your experience might be different from mine.
