Long time customer but I am a long time BMW customer but this place changed everything. I had my vehicle in covered by warranty but BMW Rockville would charged me twice for I am a long time BMW customer but this place changed everything. I had my vehicle in covered by warranty but BMW Rockville would charged me twice for diagnostic fee, which was $330. I asked why is there even two diagnostic fee and charging me while it is fully covered by warranty. SA named Foster said this is what Service Manager Scott Cascone recommended and he won't change the fees.. I asked if I can talk to Scott Cascone and get more understanding but Scott Cascone would keep refused to talk. He stays in the back of the office and he continues to ignore the customer. More
