I brought my iX to BMW of Rockville to change a flat tire. I left the vehicle overnight and first thing next morning, Zach in the Service Dept contacted me, said they had the tire in stock, and it would tire. I received text messages keeping me informed of the status and the car was ready at the time promised. The mechanic also sent me a video showing the new tire and included comments on the tread depth and disc pad thickness of all 4 wheels. More

Though it was frustrating to come back several times about every month it seemed, Eric was very welcoming, kind and accommodating. I dropped my vehicle for service the night before, and my assigned Service Advisor Zach S. called me the very next morning to confirm acceptance and gave me a detailed preview of the service. His detailed reasoning behind the services gave me the confidence to approve the work, as it is in the best interest and safety of myself and my vehicle. Upon checking out, Zach S was also very accommodating and personable, displaying great in-person customer service, which is still very important! I felt abandoned by the service consultant. I never saw him again after checking in. When the car was finished it was left just sitting in the garage area until I went out to see what was takin I never saw him again after checking in. My consultant was nowhere to be seen. A two hour ordinary service extended to 3 1/2 hours and would have gone further if I had not questioned the delay. More

I am really impressed by this dealership, both sales and maintenance. I got a flat tire and car ended up towed. I live about 45 minutes from the dealership and don't have another car.
