Service advisor was good, they needed to be reminded to vacuum and clean the car which has been standard at other bmw dealerships I’ve been to. The communication of the service advisor was completely lacking. They kept my car overnight without updating me properly so that I can arrange for other means of transportation. They didn’t return my voice message. I asked for a manager and sent me to their voice message. I will never go back here for service or recommend anyone to do so. More
Dropped car for service, 2023 M340 xi with 11k miles; check engine light on, Tuesday 11/7, at noon. I was given a ride home in an Uber, with the promise by Eric Clark, service advisor to update me about check engine light on, Tuesday 11/7, at noon. I was given a ride home in an Uber, with the promise by Eric Clark, service advisor to update me about the car within 2 hours. 3 hours later and no call from Eric I called myself. I was put in voice mail every time: service and even when I asked about GM. Nobody called me back that day. I was stuck home with no loaner, and supposed to live town next day. Next day. Wednesday I called again ( the 10th time), finally talked to Eric, who offered to send an Uber to take me where I had to go. Not kidding, and not funny. He offered to check the status of my car which was parked outside ( thanks for the app I knew), and said that the guy who was supposed to work on my car is nowhere to be found. At that point I asked Eric to have my car valet delivered to my home, and someone else will take over since they don't care or don't know. An awful experience, similar with the one experienced in the sales dep. of the same dealership. BMW Rockwell is NOT the place to go. To be avoided. More
