He was friendly and thoroughly professional, and even though the insurance company was slow to return the paperwork, and the hour getting late, he made sure to stay on the phone with them and to do everything necessary to enable us to drive the car away the same day. His daughter Alex, business manager LIsa, and the in-house product specialist (also named Alex) were also extremely professional and helpful.
