This is the 5th BMW I have leased from BMW Gallery Norwell. Greg was a wonderful salesperson. He made the process easy. The Norwell dealer was a very pleasant experience for me. The salesmen, Bob Carpenter, and business manager, Dave Nourse, were very detailed and answered all my specific questions. I clearly understood all my options, had sufficient time to test drive a few vehicles, and was pleased with the way they handled negotiations throughout the process without being to pushy or forceful. I also received a great summary from Dave on the additional options and features that bmw offered in regards to extended warranties, simionizing, and overall packages that were avaialble. The day I picked up the car Bob also gave me a great "hands on" tutorial of the specific functions within the car and explained all the details of the navigation system, sound system, and settings within the car. Both gentleman had a genuine interest in teaching me all they could about the car prior to leaving the dealership. All the paperwork was handled in an expeditious manner by Dave and the whole process was simple and fluid. The overall experience was not only painless but enjoyable. Best regards, Regis Coyne More

I (thankfully) rarely have to take my CPO X3 for service. However, when I do, I can always count on Gallery to provide me with cost effective, timely service with a smile. I had gone there for simple service; and they scared me with tons of repairs and made me spend about $2500. And i took the car home and it was dangerous and scary. I am talking to my lawyer and filing a complaint to BMW Munich at the same time. Clark Griffin i a BIG game player; cheap and low games. He will scare the xxxx out of you like a bad doctor. Initially he asked for $5000 and i declined some of them services. I DO NOT think their service techs are skilled; i peeked in they were bunch of school kids or trainees. This is a greedy place. Just avoid. ==================================================================================== My lawyer gave me huge estimate and discouraged me on any success. I called other dealers to access the service provided by BMW Gallery and they declined and chickened out. So i took the car again to BMW gallery and they charged me extra grands claiming something else broke (though relevant to their prior service). I do not think there is any way we customers can win in this game. We are enslaved to the dealer's mercy. I agree and understand that dealers create lot of jobs and spend money into economy. But this dealer raged pillage against customers. More

It was easy to set up an appointment and check in on the service day. The staff kept me up to date on the progress and options for the repair.
