A month or so later I returned because I had a brake pad issue and Riki was right there to help me again. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, and usually the salesperson forgets who you are after you purchase a car and leave the parking lot. Riki is NOT one of those salesmen. When I called him with my problem, he remembered exactlty who I was 2 months later and treated me with the respect that I and every other customer deserves and hopes for. I'm sure there would be a perfectly competent salesperson at the other dealership (which does a great job servicing my cars), but relationships are important to me and I value my relationship with Greg.
