My wife is very particular and called ahead to ask that someone look at the car and let us know ahead of time of any flaws in the vehicles exterior. We were assured that the vehicle was is stellar condition, and they were true to their word. When we arrived, the vehicle was ready to test-drive. We worked with Fotios Kalkanis in sales. He was professional, prepared, and diligent in all his actions. From start to finish, he showed plenty of attentiveness and made sure things were moving along at a steady pace. The Sales Manager, Ed Amaral, was also a pleasure to deal with. The Finance Manager, Tarek Mirshak, was also great to deal with. Very transparent and genuine in demeanor. There was little to no waiting during the transition between sales and finance, which was very much appreciated. All and all, a beyond exceptional experience with the folks at South Shore BMW. Not sure who should get the bad review. Bought my Bmw at another Bmw dealership in May 2019. Was assured the car was certified pre owned and had passed a “rigorous” 100 point inspection. 7 months later I’ve another Bmw dealership in May 2019. Was assured the car was certified pre owned and had passed a “rigorous” 100 point inspection. 7 months later I’ve got rotted clamps and engine straps that require $154 of labor to replace a clamp. My take away, either the selling dealership was full of #%^* about the inspection or the Rockland service center padded the bill. Either way, I will not be back to BMW in future. Peter More
