My experience buying a 2011 X3 from the salesman Bob Carpenter was excellent. The vehicle was supposed to be shipped in 3-4 weeks but only took 2 weeks. Purchase of a new BMW was great. Riki was very helpful, in adition he was willing to spend extra time and visits to review the electronics of the car.
