This experience was very disappointing. I was visiting from out of town and the car started making noise. The service representatives sent me a quote for $8000 via text, no phone call. I confirmed with my local bmw dealership that this quote was way overpriced and included services likely not needed. My car was just serviced a month ago. The service rep never returned my call and was MIA when I picked up the car. I am taking my car to my dealership in NJ for the needed work. Would never use this dealership again. More
