Had my car serviced and was told by the customer service representative that my issue was not covered under warranty because it wasn't considered part of the car??? and I only had a thousand miles before i representative that my issue was not covered under warranty because it wasn't considered part of the car??? and I only had a thousand miles before it failed. I then spoke to the technician when I picked my car up and was told the issue is covered under warranty if it failed. $2800 later, I feel very deceived by the customer service representative More
