My wife and I took delivery of our 2011 BMW X5d back in January. Eric Eismann was our sales person. I would highly recomend him and the dealership to any one considering a BMW. I have purchased many cars in Rochester and this is my third BMW and by far this was the best experience. The new ownership (West-Herr) of BMW of Rochester has trans formed that dealership into RockStar status. I will be taking delivery of my new 2011 BMW 335d in about two weeks, this time working with Mike Nixon. He was awesome too. This dealer will never let you down.
