BMW of Rochester

Overpaid incompetent mechanics BMW Rochester used to have serious attitude. That has gotten better in service, but they are still incompetent. I have had my car in 4 times for the BMW Rochester used to have serious attitude. That has gotten better in service, but they are still incompetent. I have had my car in 4 times for the same problem and all I get is more expensive part replacements (their guesses) and no solutions. They always like to suggest the expense parts. For $115 per hour, they should be able to test which part is bad and replace it, not just guess. I can do that! All in all I would be willing to go to them if they could actually fix a problem - I have been waiting months. More
