In this age of covid and with the current preowned market being so short on inventory, Connor especially went above and beyond making sure we got exactly the car we were looking for. He spent tremendous time with my husband and I both on the phone and in person. He explained the newer features of the car. He was extremely kind, knowegable, and patient with our many questions, and down to earth. The sales manager, financing staff and everyone there was patient and kind. Recent service experience was very disappointing. Had appointment at 8:30 for oil change & brake fluid change. I then was called back at noon to discuss a couple other minor requests.
