I’ve purchased my vehicles and also purchased additional plans as mentioned by some of the other viewers and if have to say overall I provide BMW Riverside a 5. Service packages, I believe are overrated for sure, yes never had to use the heavy hitter packages and felt initially great to have them in place, but I should have stuck with my gut and not purchased. Anyhow, my service last week, went well and service center kept me up to date the whole time. Car is great. I will say they kept sending multiple emails to get her in for service, but I was out of town for a couple of weeks but appreciated the reminder. Done babbling, 5 for BMW Riverside. More

Do NOT ever go to Riverside BMW. They will convince you to buy and OVERCHARGE you for services you don't need. They convinced me to get the M series brake warranty. Other BMWs charge They will convince you to buy and OVERCHARGE you for services you don't need. They convinced me to get the M series brake warranty. Other BMWs charge $600 and can be added if and when you need the service. Riverside BMW charged me upfront $1400. An overcharge of $800!!! Plus I ended up never needing the service. Riverside BMW is dishonest to say the least. More
