Took my X5 in for an oil change and a couple of warranty concerns. My Service Rep. (Sergio) always does an outstanding job of making sure I am taken care of in a timely manner with a very pleasant demeanor. concerns. My Service Rep. I appreciate that the service department provides me with a loaner so that I don't have to wait for the car. That's the way to take care of your customers so they will come back and buy again!!!! My review should be watched to every one who come to this dealership im writing my review and im a bmw lover since 15 years but my experience with this dealership, it's horrible. I had a problem with my tire dealership im writing my review and im a bmw lover since 15 years but my experience with this dealership, it's horrible. I had a problem with my tire that I bought it for less than one week in the tire. It's defective by the manufacturer and when I go to the dealer, nobody tried to hold me. Everybody refused to help me on it and they offered me to sell me their tire on their own cost so that way they're not gonna replace the tire for me and when I was there, I tried to speak to the managers in the GM of the store and all the employees said there is no manager in the store as of today and they will give you a call back. I tried to leave my phone number to call me in the next day. Nobody called me until now and it's been one week. So I really don't write you reviews in general but this dealership let me sell my car the next and day i hated the car and i get rid of it So I hope my review help people who gonna walk to to this dealership because the gm and the mangers are Not doing the job, right More

I’ve purchased my vehicles and also purchased additional plans as mentioned by some of the other viewers and if have to say overall I provide BMW Riverside a 5. Yea there are 3 and 4 star days, but as a who plans as mentioned by some of the other viewers and if have to say overall I provide BMW Riverside a 5. Yea there are 3 and 4 star days, but as a whole, I’ve been treated pretty well. Service packages, I believe are overrated for sure, yes never had to use the heavy hitter packages and felt initially great to have them in place, but I should have stuck with my gut and not purchased. Anyhow, my service last week, went well and service center kept me up to date the whole time. Car is great. I will say they kept sending multiple emails to get her in for service, but I was out of town for a couple of weeks but appreciated the reminder. Done babbling, 5 for BMW Riverside. More
