recently purchased a vehicle from BMW of Riverside and my experience with the finance department was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. During the finance process, they added a contract to my paperwork without clearly explaining what it was. I later found out they charged me about $1,400 for an Eckbond protection plan, and I was never properly informed or given a clear explanation before it was added. On top of that, the finance department entered the wrong email address on my contract, even though they already had my correct information. Because of that, I never received the contract and had no way to review what I was being charged for. When I requested a copy of the contract later, I finally saw the Eckbond plan listed. I immediately contacted them, but the finance department told me it was not cancelable. After reading the contract myself, it clearly shows cancellation is possible in cases of misrepresentation, which is exactly what happened because it was never explained to me. I also tried contacting management. I attempted to reach the general manager and even emailed twice, but I was ignored and kept being redirected back to finance. This is not how a professional dealership should operate. Customers should never have contracts added without proper explanation, and incorrect contact information should not be entered. Because of this experience, I do not recommend BMW of Riverside, especially their finance department. If you buy a vehicle here, make sure you carefully review every contract and demand full explanations before signing anything. More

It's the first time we bought a BMW among our German cars. Already thinking which BMW I should get sooner rather than later! More

They have always done a great job keeping it in pristine condition. There aren't many Dealerships these days that can maintain a car this old. We have many past memories with this car and we will be keeping it for many years to come. The Service Technicians like David are very thorough. Ernesto just delivered our 740IL and he was very attentive during the service process. He kept us informed and my wife committed on his professionalism. More
