Speaking of customer service - David showed great interest in our wants and our needs from the first moment we met. A great customer care advocate! From the moment we were introduced, David's entire focus was on OUR needs, what WE were looking for, why WE were interested in BMWs, what WE needed to be comfortable with our buying decision, etc. Because we were moving up from a Subaru to a BMW X3, we said we wanted a 2008 X3 with 40,000 to 60,000 miles. David showed us one. Then he said he had an X3 with less than 10,000 miles. We were immediately smitten and fell in love with the car. And the price was right! Our overall experience was outstanding. We will be buying another BMW (528 XI) within the month. And we will be buying it from David.
