Prestige holds true to its name simply put! I traded in my 1 series recently for an Acura MDX. We needed a 7 passenger SUV and within the budget. I saw that Prestige had a used Acura MDX that fit our nee my 1 series recently for an Acura MDX. We needed a 7 passenger SUV and within the budget. I saw that Prestige had a used Acura MDX that fit our needs on the website. Lance quickly responded to my email via phone and I made it the showroom to look over the vehicle with my wife. We were greeted with a smile and a nice test drive. The negotiating wasn't too bad....its an art I must say! We agreed on a price and decided to pick up the vehicle on the weekend. We then met with Danny for all the financing and warranties. He offered us all the available coverage options and what our monthly payments would be. I had additional warranty added on the 1 so I knew that it was beneficial to add to the MDX. Which brings me to Prestige service....simply one of the best auto service facilities I have been to. From the moment you brought in the vehicle to picking it up I was kept informed and up to date. Simeon (whom I was told has left) was always courteous, friendly and informative. He was very knowledgeable about BMW and shared the same passion/enthusiasm for BMW. Lastly, I had a great experience with management (Tony). Tony recovered a sentimental CD I accidentally left in dash that was being sent off for repair. He managed to retrieve it prior to shipping. We drove off with a smile in the Acura MDX. I'm going to admit, it was bitter-sweet leaving behind my 1 :( We had a great experience with it not to mention memorable moments. I'm looking forward to driving the "Ultimate Driving Machine"! More

The BMW client advisor was willing to go above and beyond to get me into the vehicle of my choice. He went so far as to locate a vehicle not on the premises in order to get me my preferred vehicle.
