He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. We flew from Chicago to Raleigh NC to pick up our 2015 pre-owned Lexus RX 450h that we purchased on line from BMW of Raleigh dealership. Greg arranged transportation from our hotel to BMW dealership. John, our driver was in a class of his own. Everything went perfectly. Very nice place, very clean, staff is very polite and attentive. The car is in great condition and we are thrilled with our purchase especially after long 12+ hour drive home in total luxury and ride quality. My wife and I were actually in the market for a used XB7 to replaced our X5. I spoke with our friend Ales Olecky at BWM of Raleigh. I asked if I could test try the X7 M60i to get a feel for how the X7 dro to replaced our X5. I spoke with our friend Ales Olecky at BWM of Raleigh. I asked if I could test try the X7 M60i to get a feel for how the X7 drove. He was extremely accommodating and helpful as he has always been when we were in the market for replacing our BMWs. I was very surprised, and pleasantly so, at how well the X7 handled and drove. Ales then discussed with us the potential choices we had. We decided to buy the X7 M60i that BMW of Raleigh had in stock. Our choice to buy the X7 M60i was based in large part on how wonderful Ales was in helping us decide.
